Movement
Assessment
Force, range and control, measured on day one so every decision after it is a number, not a hunch.

Our approach
We measure before we treat. Using force plates, 3D motion capture and isometric strength testing, we find where force leaks, which side is carrying the load and what is quietly setting up your next injury. You leave with a profile, not a guess, and a clear answer to the question every athlete asks: what is my body ready for?
Every result is compared with your other side, your sport and your last test, so progress is something you can see.
What's included
One session, the full picture. Test a single joint or your whole chain, solo or as a squad, in the lab or on your own field.
Force plate profile
01
Countermovement, drop and single-leg jumps show how much force each side makes and how fast. Asymmetries over ten per cent get flagged.
Motion capture
02
Twelve infrared cameras track your running, landing and cutting in 3D, so we see the knee collapse or hip drop the eye misses.
Strength and range
03
Handheld dynamometry and goniometry for every major joint: the baseline your rehab is measured against.
Squad screening
04
Pre-season screens for whole teams with a ranked risk report for coaches and medical staff.
Our process
From first visit to full picture
Every assessment plan starts with understanding, not treatment. Here's how we take you from pain and guesswork to performing at your best.
-
StepIntake001
We listen first
History, goals, training load and the injuries you'd rather forget. Fifteen minutes that shape every test that follows.
-
StepTesting002
Measure everything that matters
Jumps, hops, runs and holds on calibrated force plates and inside the motion-capture volume.
-
StepAnalysis003
Numbers become a story
Your physio reads the data against your sport's norms and your own history, then flags what to fix first.
-
StepDebrief004
A plan you understand
A walk-through of your report, a written priority list and the date of your re-test.
-
StepRe-test005
Proof of progress
Six to twelve weeks later, the same tests on the same plates. The numbers decide what comes next.

No. You can book an assessment directly. If you're under a surgeon or GP we'll send them the report.

Every body moves differently.
We don't sell packages of tests. We start with what you need to know, then choose the tests that answer it.
